Is there an entrance fee for the garden?

Yes, there is an entrance fee, the price is listed in the Prepare your visit section.

 


Is the garden a private or public garden?

The gardens are privately owned. The entrance fee contributes to the maintenance and development of the site.



How long is the visit?

The visit of the gardens can be done in an hour but many people prefer to take more time to appreciate the gardens.

 


If I leave the garden, can I come back during the day?

You can leave and re-enter the gardens on the same day. For example, if you visit in the morning, you can go out for lunch and then come back to the gardens.

 


Is there a season pass to the gardens?

We do offer a season pass priced €50 which gives you an unlimited number of entries into the gardens for the current season. This pass is nominative and valid for 1 person.

 


How do I purchase a Day Pass for guests?

A gift card is available on our online store and can be used in our garden shop, purchasing entries into the garden and food and drinks.

 


Are picnics allowed in the garden?

Picnics are not allowed inside the gardens but are possible outside. Our team will also be able to suggest places nearby where it is pleasant to have lunch outdoors.

 


Where can I find a list of seasonal events and the workshops offered by the garden?

The list of activities and workshops offered during the season can be consulted in the Animation section of the website.

 


Are the gardens suitable for wheelchairs?

The gardens are accessible to wheelchairs. There is a wheelchair circuit indicated on the visit plan which avoids some steps present in the garden.

 


Do you allow dogs?

Although we love animals, access to pets, even on a leash, is not allowed inside the garden.

 


Can I take a video or photographs inside the gardens?

Photos and video are allowed in the gardens. Photo shoots for professional use are subject to authorization and a fee.

 


Is it possible to take wedding photos in the gardens?

Wedding photographs are authorized but require a prior reservation and a flat rate of €50 is applied, giving rights to a maximum of 5 people.

 


Is it possible to rent rooms for private events?

The Priory is a private home and so it is not possible to rent rooms.


 

Are customers allowed to eat the fruits and vegetables in the garden?

visitors are asked not to pick any fruit, vegetables or take cuttings of any plants in the garden.
